POLICIES:
The Watkins Motel has been newly remodeled to provide our guests with a comfortable quality experience! Customer satisfaction is very important to us here at the Watkins Motel. Every guest reservation is regarded with care and importance, so if your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation; please notify us in writing at least seven (7) days prior to your arrival date.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel within less than seven (7) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. In the event that we can rebook your room(s), we will provide you with a full refund for the days you were unable to stay.
For reservations of 3 or more rooms, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation cost is required at the time of the booking. We also require thirty (30) days in an advance cancellation notice in writing. In the unlikely event that you must cancel within less than thirty (30) days notice, we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation.
Standard Check-in time: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm. If you expect to arrive after 9pm, please call us in advance to make arrangements.
Standard Check-out time: 11:00 am. Maid sign before 12 pm (noon).
Absolutely No Smoking allowed in the rooms! NO PETS allowed! If any evidence of smoking or pets is found in your room, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card.
No parties in the room. Quiet hours are after 11:00 pm. Any violators of this policy will be asked to leave without refund.
**Special event weekends: such as Wine Festival require a written 14 days advance cancellation notice. Nascar, Vintage Race & etc. require a written 30 days advance cancellation notice.
